Marsupial is providing landscape & facilities services at 52 City of Sydney assets on behalf of Ventia. The contract involves the maintenance of Sydney CBD and surrounding area car parks, Town Hall, childcare centres, community centres and various public spaces.

We have brought together an extremely experienced team with the capacity to deliver high quality services to schedule with public safety being paramount. In caring for and operating in these assets, we are focused on sustainable, environmentally responsible provision of our services including advising on horticulture and providing services for long term lifecycle success.

Scope:
• 52 assets in Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs.
• Weekly, fortnightly & monthly program.
• Green wall maintenance
• Turf and garden bed maintenance
• Leaf removal
• Weed control
• Rubbish removal
• Construction: garden bed installation, planting & mulching.
• Reactive works to Ventia managed buildings; cleaning and general maintenance.
