Matthew sits on the Board at the Royal Botanic Gardens and is Director of Foundation & Friends of the Royal Botanic Gardens. He is passionate about the environment and dedicated to his vision; creating quality urban spaces that leave a lasting legacy.

Craig brings the experience in developing a major brand, managing a portfolio of more $650 million and over 4,500 people to steer The Glascott Group. Craig fosters innovation, collaboration and progressive thinking to ensure we remain a proactive partner with a long-term future. He is committed to developing our people and leading our teams to continually and proactively demonstrate value to our clients.

Ben’s role is crucial in the responsible operation of our businesses. He manages the commercial aspect of our work, ensuring our legal and financial obligations are met. Ben reviews the policies and negotiates contractual agreements that protect our business, our clients, and our partners so we can continue to operate an ethical and sustainable business.

As our Group Finance Manager, Matthew is responsible for the overall financial health of our businesses. He works closely with our executive and management teams to develop strategies and plans for our long-term goals while running the day-to-day finance operations. Matt implements systems, policies and processes to drive improvement and ensures our businesses remain responsible and sustainable as we grow.

Matt has over 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge in landscape and civil construction. Matt joined Glascott in its infancy, growing with the business to deliver hundreds of projects. Matt is responsible for a national team, overseeing operations and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Glascott Landscape & Civil is managed effectively and sustainably while maintaining the highest standards in landscape construction projects.

Gavin holds a key role at Marsupial Landscape Management, leading our teams to deliver quality services along the eastern seaboard of Australia. With over 16 years of experience gained on large infrastructure and open space contracts, Gavin ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly and sites are managed safely and efficiently to provide ongoing value for our clients and communities.

Gina brings decades of experience working across a broad range of market sectors to The Glascott Group. She works closely with the executive team, sales team and managers to plan and implement regional and national sales and marketing strategies that inform and engage while building long-term partnerships.
