Managing Director Matthew Glascott said it’s important to stay relevant in changing times.

I’m really proud of our ability to adapt. Coming from a strong position in open space and commercial, we are now a recongised as a leader in infrastructure and we continue to evolve.’

The business has a diverse portfolio with long term contracts for Northern Beaches Council, more than 12 years on the M5 Motorway and managing various roads across Sydney and Southeast Queensland for Ventia Boral Amey (VBA) JV. Other current work includes maintenance at Port of Newcastle, Newcastle Airport and John Holland’s Country Rail Network in Dubbo, where they work in partnership with Birrong Indigenous Services to provide work for the local indigenous community.

We have a really diverse team at Marsupial and that helps us deliver a board range of contracts,” said General Manager Cameron Tracey. “Our people are our lifeblood. I’m proud of our team’s dedication to quality and safety, and to striving towards our goals.”

Over the past 30 years, Marsupial has also worked with developers on masterplan residential communities in Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane with currently contracts at Harrington Grove Estate and Elizabeth Hills in Sydney’s Southwest.

Cameron Tracey said the business continues to thrive in a growing market but has seen harder times, “With three decades behind us, we’ve obviously had our share of challenges but we’ve never been as strong as we are now in terms of our people, our capabilities and our vision. Marsupial is going from strength the strength and it’s a really existing journey to be on.

The next 30 years looks very promising for Marsupial Landscape Management as they continue developing their portfolio on along the east coast of Australia.
