Harrington Grove Estate recently awarded Marsupial a three-year landscape maintenance contract comprising landscape estate management, general Club maintenance and pool maintenance.
Kicking off in early February next year, Marsupial will deploy a team of qualified landscape maintenance professionals to ensure the estate is maintained to high standards with safety of the residents and general public paramount.
Marsupial understands the nature of maintaining residential communities. Their past experienced includes sites like Jordan Springs, Wandakia Estate and Abbotsford Cove Estate, and they currently provide services at Elizabeth Hills for Mirvac.
Equipped with their custom designed reporting system, ‘Mtrack’, the ongoing provisions of real time reports as well as audits on all site assets are important to delivery at Harrington Estate. Marsupial looks forward to providing quality landscape maintenance for the Harrington Estate residents.
