Eyes on site for Brisbane City Council

Under a two-year contract, Marsupial is engaged by Brisbane City Council to maintain and service sites in the northern region. The works include managing important assets such as libraries, halls, bus depot and community facilities with fortnightly and monthly servicing.

Marsupial manages the landscape and vegetation control; providing quality service outcomes that reduce risk, upkeep aesthetics, and stimulate long term growth.

Queensland Manager, Darryl Cuneo said an important part of the work is to be alert and responsive.

These are busy places so our focus is to look out for potential risks to people and the environment. Being ‘the eyes on site’, we use our real-time reporting system ‘Mtrack’ to provide detailed visibility from the field back to our client.”

Marsupial’s scope of works includes:

  • Fortnightly and monthly servicing
  • Turf maintenance
  • Litter removal
  • Weed control
  • Plant pest and diseases management
  • Garden beds maintenance
  • Hard stand maintenance
