The redevelopment of Fordham Garden Ponds was the result of extensive community consultation. Glascott’s undertook construction of the upgrade installing aquatic plants, enhanced landscaping and garden beds, boulders and a cascade rock design, plus reinstalled paths and access points. The water is recycled from Grace Park in Hawthorn with the pond now an eye-catching and environmentally friendly community space.
