Lane Cove Council is redeveloping Rosenthal Avenue Car Park into a vibrant community space complete with a new park and underground car parking spaces supported by an additional retail precinct.
The centrepiece is a vibrant public domain that will provide open space in the heart of Lane Cove village – right near Glascott’s head office.
ADCO awarded Glascott the landscape construction package.
Our scope of works is to create the rooftop open space features including a performance stage, children’s play areas, BBQ and picnic area, and custom furniture.
Work is expected to commence in December 2019 with project delivery by April 2020. We’re looking forward to providing ADCO, Lane Cove Council and our local Lane Cove community with a beautiful new open space.
