Glascott has just completed our work at Ryde Garden – Country Garden’s master-planned development in North Ryde. The development comprises three large towers of 13, 23 and 27 storeys with 830 apartments in total.
External landscape areas were designed by ASPECT Studio in keeping with the high-end development. Glascott was engaged by Watpac Constructions to deliver soft landscaping including the 4,000sqm public park, two podium courtyards and three spectacular rooftop BBQ and recreation areas
Glascott Project Manager James Stoddart and his team constructed landscapes in the podium courtyard and surrounds of the three apartment buildings, they also designed and constructed the podium courtyard irrigation system, installed custom furniture, bespoke pool fencing and various custom timber & steel elements.
The project was delivered in September with high quality landscape outcomes in keeping with the expectations of all stakeholders including the new residents.
