Warranty Maintenance At Spear Lily Park

Spear Lily Park is named after a local native plant found throughout the area.  The park design includes features that recognise the local Indigenous history including; hand carved sandstone carvings and seating, Indigenous way-finding totem poles, and a bush tucker trail.

Marsupial’s warranty maintenance focuses on protecting the site while fostering long-term growth. This includes monitoring plants and soil conditions and safeguarding the new landscape from wear and tear.

The community needs to be kept clean and well presented for the community and potential buyers. Marsupial’s establishment program is designed to maximise aesthetics while shaping the long term vision held by Sekisui House and the landscape architect Saunders Havill Group.

Ecco Ripley is Five Star Green-Star rated community. Marsupial are delivering services responsibly and in accordance with environmental controls to minimise the impact on the local environment.
