Earlier this year we started work at Harrington Grove Estate, a masterplan community in Sydney’s southwest. Marsupial has a team of full time horticulturalists managing three sections of the estate containing nine precincts.
Works undertaken include maintenance of local streets, parks, and community facilities including Harrington Grove Country Club and Magnolia Club with accompanying swimming pools. The Marsupial team is assisted by two new mowers that were acquired specifically for the contract; a workman buggy; and a dedicated on site water truck and ute. Real time reporting and site asset audits are provided directly from site to our customer using ‘Mtrack’, Marsupial’s custom designed reporting tool.
Harrington Grove is set amongst vast bushland with an abundance of wildlife. 60% of Harrington Grove has been retained for conservation, which is why our team has already sighted a large variety of birdlife, wallabies, and even the occasional deer was seen wandering the streets.
Contracts Manager Daniel Hewson said, “Our team is enjoying working at Harrington Grove Estate. Being in a large natural environment, you never quite know what you’re going to see each day which makes it interesting.”
Marsupial works to enhance the landscapes and mitigate any risk, while complementing the community’s natural environment.
