Post construction Maintenance at Australian Technology Park

If you live in Sydney, you may have heard about the new technology precinct that spans the length of the CBD.

Australian Technology Park Redevelopment (ATP) is a major part of the technology hub and is situated at the southern end, in Eveleigh. The former rail yard is being transformed into one of Australia’s leading smart neighbourhoods with a vibrant commercial community that will include Commonwealth Bank and Channel 7, along with restaurants and open spaces.

Marsupial’s sister business, landscape construction specialist Glascott Landscape & Civil, delivered Stage 1 landscape works and civil package for Mirvac comprising the upgrade of the Entry Garden, Innovation Plaza, and works at Eveleigh Green, plus streetscape improvement.

Marsupial is working for Glascott to manage site establishment, the important phase that sets up the new landscapes for long term success. Their scope of services includes:

  • Turf maintenance at the Entry Garden
  • Garden maintenance at both the Entry Garden and Innovation Plaza.
  • And pest and disease management throughout, with weed control undertake prior to commencement.

ATP is on Sydney’s major rail corridor that connects Central Station with suburban lines with Redfern Station is nearby. The site has heavy pedestrian traffic so Marsupial are helping the landscapes to sustain the usage and thrive in the CBD environment.
